An introduction to Castile Soap
Castile Soap is one of Charlotte and Purdy’s favourite products. We use it in our tub scrub and counter clean. It is an incredibly gentle versatile and effective cleaner and totally biodegradable. You can also buy it easily on eBay or Amazon, or in most supermarkets.
About Castile Soap
It is a vegetable based and chemical free product, that has no synthetics in it. It is made from Pure Plant oil and it was made originally in Spain in the 12th century when it was made from Olive Oil. Now it can be made from almond, avocado, coconut and olive oil.
How to use?
You only need a tablespoon for a big batch of cleaner making it really cost effective. You simply put it in a big tub of water. It's so versatile, you can use it for floor cleaner and counter cleaner. It does have a slight aroma of soap, which some people like some people don't. And so you can either sent it with, you know, your own particular blend of oil or leave it as it is.
