Jasmine - Helps to reduce anxiety and unwanted stress, calming your mind so that it is easier to fall asleep.

Frankincense - Helps to reduce anxiety so you can fall asleep easier, but can also improve gut health, boost immune systems and improve skin conditions.

If you’re struggling with sleeping and you’re aware of the reason why try one of the above scents and see if it has any impact on your quality of sleep.

How to use the spray

Depending on how poor your sleep is will depend on how often you use the spray. Initially, you will want to spray each pillow 2-3 times on both sides. This will mean that every side of the pillow has a good coat of spray.

Before you use the spray, ensure you shake it well. Often the ingredients in the bottle will need mixing as they can separate when not used in a while.

After a few nights, you’ll notice the scent fading, in which case just one additional spray is needed. Whenever you put new pillowcases on your bed, you should start with another 2-3 sprays. The reason why you spray onto a pillowcase and not directly onto the pillow is that the scents need to be refreshed.

If you feel the need to add a spray each night, you can. There’s no such thing as using too much, only that it might make your pillow damp and it can get expensive.

Look out for pillow sprays with a particular scent that can help you sleep, but also, look out for the additional ingredients. Bergamot and geranium are great for reducing anxiety and improving sleep, they also complement the lavender scent perfectly.
