LOG INWhen asked whether we stuck to last year’s New Year’s resolutions, the answer for 80% of us is usually a resounding no. This can leave us feeling a little deflated as though we’ve somehow failed (which of course isn’t true!), but this year we’re trying something a little different and setting intentions for 2023.
Intentions are meant to be stress-free and fulfilling, with no negative associations with ‘failing’. They’re simple statements that you intend to live by that reflect your core values, as opposed to resolutions which tend to be more outcome-based (e.g. to start meditating or stop snoozing your alarm!).
When setting new year intentions, it’s best to start by looking at what it is you really value. For example, if health and fitness is high on your priority list for the year, try setting an intention of living an active lifestyle instead of committing to going to the gym three times a week. Allowing for more flexibility within your goals means you’re much more likely to stick to them throughout the year!

We plan to continue this transparency into the new year, prioritising honest and open communication with our community.

We're always looking for ways to understand the the needs and wants of our customers better so that we can provide a better product and service. We truly value our customers feedback, whether positive or constructive!
