1. Validity

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Any remaining balance after 12 months will expire and cannot be refunded or reissued.


2. Redemption

  • Gift cards can be redeemed online only at purdyandfigg.com

  • They can be used towards first-time subscription purchases and one-time purchases.

  • Gift cards cannot be used for recurring subscription deliveries after the first order.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card.


3. Partial Use & Balances

  • If your order total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use until expiry.

  • If your order total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.


4. General

  • Treat your gift card like cash - lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

  • Purdy & Figg reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without notice.
