We aim to ship all orders from our UK factory within 48 hours of receiving them. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Depending on the delivery method you choose, orders should arrive 24-48 hours from the time of dispatch. We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40.
Counter Clean can be used on all surfaces, including softer surfaces like aluminium, wood, stone or any other porous surfaces. As always, we recommend patch testing on any particularly sensitive or precious surfaces that you might be concerned about. Spray onto a cloth and wipe a small patch to see results.
Simply pour the whole 20ml bottle into your Bottle for Life and fill to the top (just below the neck) with ordinary tap water. Give the bottle a gentle shake to combine, then enjoy your uplifting clean!
Our products are safe to use around dogs and other pets, however, it's best not to use them to clean beds or food bowls without rinsing afterwards. Also, don't spray it directly on them (not that you would!). If you are worried about allergies, do contact your vet. Finally, if you have pet birds, you will know that they are particularly sensitive to airborne substances, so it is best to take them out of the room while you clean.
Yes, Counter Clean has never been tested on animals. We also only work with suppliers who also avoid testing on animals too!
Counter Clean does not contain specific antibacterial agents. It works by actively removing grease, grime and dirt along with bacteria, viruses and mould to create a healthy home. Whilst antibacterial products will kill bacteria (if left to work for the appropriate amount of time), they won’t remove the bacteria from the surface. You wouldn’t wash your body with strong, highly toxic products every two weeks and it’s the same concept with cleaning; use a gentle cleaner little and often. Ohhh my goodness how impressed was I to receive my Purdy and Figg starter kit. Beautiful packaging, and the unboxing was such fun. Then to see all the bottles included in this kit was so exciting. I'd seen the adverts on YouTube and my bestie has been using these products for sometime now so I was intrigued to see what all the fuss was about. Well, I'm not disappointed. My favourite is the bathroom cleaner and the lime and lemongrass toilet drops. It is the scent of clean! On the plus side, the two bottles for life are an innovative way to reduce our carbon footprint 👣 looking forwards to my restock. Thank you Purdy and Figg.
I do a proper clean of my house every weekend as I work full time during the week. I like cleaning but it does take up at least half my day off to do so. Since having these products it’s cut that time down significantly! Not to mention they smell great and the bottles are very aesthetically pleasing too. Haha. Highly recommend. Iv also bought a kit for my mother 😁 To also note I have cats so I was a little worried, but I keep them out of the room whilst I clean. Much to their disappointment as they always love the smell of bleach after I’d cleaned 😂 they are still perfectly safe and healthy.
I wasn’t so impressed to start with when I bought my first kit a few months ago. Mind has been changed in a big way and now I’m always reaching for my P&F. Truly great for all surfaces incl rugs. Everyone is getting a kit for Christmas present so I can leave my home and know I’m going to an equally fragrant place😃
I’ve fallen in love with all the scents. My house is fresher than it’s ever been. No nasty smells after cleaning with harsh chemicals. The Oh De Loo has the most amazing scent, like lemon sherbet. I’ve just ordered a booster pack too as I’m ripping through my starter pack having cleaned everyday since it arrived.

I’ve only used one counter top cleaner at the moment and it’s beautiful. The fragrance is just my cup of tea, it doesn’t smell like a conventional cleaner. I can tell it doesn’t have nasties in it because it didn’t make me feel tight chested or like I had to leave the room for a while like I can with other cleaners.
I love the bathroom cleaner my sinks honestly don’t sparkle this much normally!
The only downside is the price, my hope was to cut down on other cleaning products to just use Purdy and Figg. I wouldn’t be able to do this because I go through it too fast.
