How do I use Oh! De Loo?
Oh! De Loo is quick and simple to use. Squeeze a few drops into your toilet bowl, before or after you flush, for an instant refresh.
How do I manage my subscription?
We offer lots of subscription options, including switching your scent refill pack, changing the frequency of your deliveries, switching to a Seasonal or Signature subscription, or cancelling your membership altogether. Subscriptions are set to a 90-day frequency by default, but you can always move your next billing date if you need to in a few easy steps. We understand there might be times when you need to stop your deliveries, and we’ll always respect your decision to leave - even if we’ll miss you.
If you have any trouble managing your subscription, our Customer Experience Team is always on hand to respond to your questions and requests as soon as possible. They’re very friendly.
Are your products safe for pets?
Our products are safe to use around dogs and other pets, but if you're worried about allergies, it's always best to check with your vet. Birds are particularly sensitive to airborne substances, so it's a good idea to take them out of the room while you clean. It's also important to note that Ylang Ylang and Citronella are both toxic to dogs if they're ingested or applied topically, so naturally, we wouldn't recommend that. It goes without saying, but please don't let your pets lick or drink Counter Clean or Bathroom Bliss.
How can I track my order?
We aim to send your products within one working day of receiving your order, and for you to receive them within 48 hours of dispatch. For shipping to Europe, please allow two to seven working days from dispatch. If your order tracking shows it's been five working days or more since the last tracking scan, please get in touch, and a member of our Customer Experience team will get back to you as soon as possible.
