This competition is run jointly by Schplendid, Purdy & Figg, and Pooky (the "Promoters").

• Open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 or over.
• Employees of the Promoters, their agents, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• Entry is restricted to one per person, plus any bonus entries earned under clause 3.

• Participants may also earn bonus entries:

  • SMS: one (1) bonus entry for signing up to Purdy & Figg SMS marketing via the link in the entry confirmation email during the promotional period. This is available to new SMS subscribers only. Participants already subscribed to Purdy & Figg SMS are not eligible.

  • Referrals: one (1) bonus entry for each friend who enters using a valid email address and provides the participant's email address as a referral at the point of entry, up to a maximum of ten (10) referral bonus entries.

  • The maximum number of entries per participant is twelve (12). Bonus entries are optional and are not required to enter or win. The Promoters are not responsible for referrals that cannot be matched due to incorrect or incomplete email addresses, and reserve the right to disqualify any entries they reasonably believe have been made using fake, duplicate or automated email addresses.

• The competition opens on 1st October 2026 and closes on 1st November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

• One (1) winner in total, receiving:

  • A Purdy & Figg Complete Starter Kit with a year's supply of refills.

The prize consists of the following:

• Value: £3,000, redeemable exclusively on the Schplendid website at checkout.
• Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• If a purchase is less than the voucher's value, the remaining balance stays on the voucher.
• Items purchased using the voucher are refunded back to the voucher, not as cash.
• The voucher cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or vouchers, and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
• The voucher will be issued to the winner by email.

• Value: £500, valid exclusively on the Pooky website at checkout.
• Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• If a purchase is less than the voucher's value, the remaining balance stays on the voucher.
• Items purchased using the voucher are refunded back to the voucher, not as cash.
• The voucher cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or vouchers, and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
• The voucher will be emailed directly to the winner.

• Provided directly to the winner.
• Refills supplied every 90 days for a period of 12 months from the date the prize is awarded, subject to Purdy & Figg's standard product terms.

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available, in whole or in part.
• Purdy & Figg, Schplendid and Pooky each reserve the right to substitute their respective element of the prize for one of equal or greater value, at their sole discretion, should circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date. The draw will be conducted fairly and witnessed by an independent third party. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 3 days of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the closing date, the Promoters reserve the right to select a new winner or award the prize to a runner-up.

• By entering this competition, participants consent to their personal data being collected and processed for the purpose of administering the competition, including, without limitation, contacting the winner.
• Participants agree that their first name may be announced publicly if they win.
• Participants may optionally opt in to receive marketing communications. Where a participant opts in, their email address will be shared between Purdy & Figg , Pooky and Schplendid for this purpose.
• Opting in to marketing communications is entirely optional and shall not affect a participant's eligibility to enter or be considered for the competition.
• Participants who opt in may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
• Personal data will be processed in accordance with both Schplendid's privacy policy, Pooky’s privacy policy and Purdy & Figg's Privacy Policy.

• The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if necessary.
• The Promoters' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Items purchased as part of any wider promotion run by the Promoters from time to time are not eligible for free returns unless otherwise stated.
