Which surfaces is Counter Clean suitable for?
We're pleased to say that Counter Clean is pH neutral, which means it’s safe to use on most surfaces. That includes softer materials like aluminium, wood, stone, quartz and other sealed surfaces. We do recommend patch testing first on any particularly sensitive or precious areas you’re concerned about. Just spray onto a cloth and wipe a small patch to see the results.
Which surfaces is Bathroom Bliss suitable for?
Bathroom Bliss is suitable for all the surfaces in your bathroom, including glass, mirrors, porcelain and chrome. The naturally powerful formula tackles limescale, hard water deposits and soap scum with a streak-free finish. As with Counter Clean, we recommend patch testing any particularly precious or sensitive areas first.
How many uses will I get out of a bottle of Counter Clean?
A 300ml bottle of Counter Clean (including one 20ml concentrate) contains about 230 sprays. A typical household will get through one of our 300ml bottles in two to four weeks, unless you get a bit addicted to wiping down your surfaces like we have!
How do I use Counter Clean?
To use Counter Clean, simply pour the whole 20ml bottle of cleaning concentrate into your Bottle for Life and slowly fill to the top (just below the neck) with tap water. Give the bottle a shake, then you’re ready to clean.
Where can I use & store Floor Clean?
Floor Clean is safe for every hard floor in your home — hardwood, tile, stone, slate, limestone and marble. It's rinse-free and non-slip, so you can use it confidently on even your most precious surfaces. We've designed the bottles to look beautiful on display, but please note keeping them in direct sunlight may affect the product.
How long will my Floor Clean last?
Each 60ml concentrate includes up to 6 washes. That means, if you give your floors a good clean once a week, each refill pack lasts up to 18 weeks.
What is Floor Clean made from?
Floor Clean is made with premium plant extracts and pure essential oils. It also contains surfactants and a few other carefully selected ingredients, all chosen to be safe for wood, tile and stone surfaces.
How does Floor Clean work?
For best results, simply add 10ml scoop of Floor Clean to a 5L bucket of warm water, then mop your floors to perfection. Using a spray mop? Add one scoop for every 500ml of water in your mop reservoir.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can view, manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your account with the email address you used to place your first Purdy & Figg order. Once you're in, you'll be able to change your order, adjust your delivery and billing date, or pause your subscription.
