Best friends Charlotte Figg and Purdy Rubin got together to create natural cleaning products that are powerful,
safe and inspired by beautiful seasonal scents.
Fed up with unpleasant, highly toxic cleaning products, the two friends decided to do something about it.
They both firmly believe in the power and joy of natural cleaning, so they started experimenting with formulas in their garage. It's there that they conjured up their multi-surface cleaner infused with pure essential oils.

Every Purdy & Figg refill is produced and packaged at our factory in Hertfordshire, where our dedicated team keep our customers’ safety in mind every step of the way

How do I cancel my subscription?
To manage or cancel your subscription, simply log into your account using the email address which you used to place your original order. Once logged in, you will be able to edit your subscription accordingly. We also offer the ability to skip your next delivery or change your billing date to your preferred date.
Where to find my order?
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving it. Once your order has been dispatched, we aim to deliver within a maximum of 48 hours (for orders being shipped to Europe, please kindly allow 2-7 working days from dispatch). If you’ve tracked your order and it’s been 5 working days or more since the last tracking scan, please kindly submit your query and a member of our Customer Service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
