How to use

How to use

Preferred Use:

In a diffuser: Add a few drops of essential oil blend to your diffuser.  We recommend diffusing for 30 - 60 minutes at a time.  

Other uses:

In the bath:  Mix up to 5 drops in 2 tablespoons of your favourite carrier oil.

In massage oil: Before applying on the skin, mix up to 5 drops in one tablespoon of massage oil.

Disclaimer: Do not use undiluted on the skin, for external use only. Discontinue product use if there is any redness or itching and do not use on children. Not recommended for use during pregnancy.
