To use Counter Clean, simply pour the whole 20ml bottle of cleaning concentrate into your Bottle for Life and slowly fill to the top (just below the neck) with tap water. Give the bottle a shake, then you’re ready to clean.

We're pleased to say that Counter Clean is pH neutral, which means it’s safe to use on most surfaces. That includes softer materials like aluminium, wood, stone, quartz and other sealed surfaces. We do recommend patch testing first on any particularly sensitive or precious areas you’re concerned about. Just spray onto a cloth and wipe a small patch to see the results.

Bathroom Bliss is suitable for all the surfaces in your bathroom, including glass, mirrors, porcelain and chrome. The naturally powerful formula tackles limescale, hard water deposits and soap scum with a streak-free finish. As with Counter Clean, we recommend patch testing any particularly precious or sensitive areas first.

You can view, manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your account with the email address you used to place your first Purdy & Figg order. Once you’re in, you’ll be able to tweak your subscription however you choose. You can change what’s in your order, adjust your delivery and billing date, or pause deliveries completely for a period.

Our products are safe to use around dogs and other domestic pets, but if you’re worried about allergies it’s always best to check with your vet. Birds are particularly sensitive to airborne substances so it’s a good idea to take them out of the room while you clean. It’s also important to note that Ylang Ylang and Citronella are both toxic to dogs if they’re ingested or applied topically, so naturally we wouldn’t recommend that. It probably goes without saying, but please don’t let your pets lick or drink Counter Clean or Bathroom Bliss.
