How do I use Counter Clean?
To use Counter Clean or Bathroom Bliss, simply pour the whole 0.68 fl oz cleaning refill into your Bottle for Life and slowly fill to the top (just below the neck) with tap water. Give the bottle a shake, then you’re ready to clean
Which surfaces is Counter Clean suitable for?
We're pleased to say that Counter Clean is pH neutral, which means it’s safe to use on most surfaces. That includes softer materials like aluminum, wood, stone, quartz and other sealed surfaces. We do recommend patch testing first on any particularly sensitive or precious surfaces you’re concerned about. Just spray onto a cloth and wipe a small patch to see the results.
Which surfaces is Bathroom Bliss suitable for?
Bathroom Bliss is suitable for all the surfaces in your bathroom, including glass, mirrors, porcelain and chrome. The naturally powerful formula tackles limescale, hard water deposits and soap scum with a streak-free finish. As with Counter Clean, we recommend patch testing any particularly precious or sensitive areas first.
How do I manage my membership?
You’ll receive a new refill pack of Signature Scents and Bathroom Bliss cleaning refills every 90 days. You can access your Member Portal whenever you need to pause a delivery or cancel your membership.
If you have any trouble managing your membership, our Customer Experience Team is always on hand to help.
How many uses will I get out of a bottle?
A 10.1 fl oz bottle of Counter Clean (including one 0.68 fl oz cleaning refill) gives you about 230 sprays. A typical household will get through one of our 10.1 fl oz bottles in two to four weeks.
How can I track my order?
We aim for all orders to be dispatched within one working day, and for you to receive it within 3-5 calendar days.

Are your products safe for pets?
Our products are safe to use around dogs and other domestic pets, but if you’re worried about allergies it’s always best to check with your vet. Birds are particularly sensitive to airborne substances so it’s a good idea to take them out of the room while you clean.
It’s also important to note that Ylang Ylang and Citronella are both toxic to dogs if they’re ingested or applied topically, so naturally we wouldn’t recommend that. It probably goes without saying, but please don’t let your pets lick or drink Counter Clean or Bathroom Bliss.
