Best friends Charlotte Figg and Purdy Rubin got together to create natural cleaning products that are powerful,
safe and inspired by beautiful seasonal scents.
Fed up with unpleasant, highly toxic cleaning products, the two friends decided to do something about it.
They both firmly believe in the power and joy of natural cleaning, so they started experimenting with formulas in their garage. It's there that they conjured up their multi-surface cleaner infused with pure essential oils.

How do I use Counter Clean?
To use Counter Clean, simply pour the whole 20ml bottle of eco-concentrate into your Bottle for Life and fill to the top (just below the neck) with ordinary tap water. Give the bottle a gentle shake to combine, then enjoy your uplifting clean!
Which surfaces is Counter Clean suitable for?
We're pleased to confirm that Counter Clean is PH neutral so is safe to use on all surfaces, including softer surfaces like aluminium, wood, stone, quartz or any other porous surfaces. As always, we recommend patch testing first on any particularly sensitive or precious surfaces that you might be concerned about. Simply spray onto our microfibre cloth and wipe a small patch to see the results. Unless the manufacturer of your surface in question has provided specific guidelines for you to follow, Counter Clean is extremely safe to use.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To manage or cancel your subscription, simply log into your account using the email address which you used to place your original order. Once logged in, you will be able to edit your subscription accordingly. We also offer the ability to skip your next delivery or change your billing date to your preferred date.
Where to find my order?
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving it. Once your order has been dispatched, we aim to deliver within a maximum of 48 hours (for orders being shipped to Europe, please kindly allow 2-7 working days from dispatch). If you’ve tracked your order and it’s been 5 working days or more since the last tracking scan, please kindly submit your query and a member of our Customer Service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Are your products safe for pets?
We would like to reassure you that our products are safe to use around dogs and other domestic pets. If you are worried about allergies, please do contact your vet first, and if you have a pet bird or birds, you will know that they are particularly sensitive to airborne substances, so it is best to take them out of the room while you clean. Additionally, it's important to note that Ylang Ylang and Citronella are toxic to dogs when they are ingested or applied topically, which we would never recommend. Please do not let your pets lick or drink Counter Clean.
